Leanne Kemp
Leanne offers over 32 years of nursing and hospital management experience to Manningham Day Procedure Centre. She has demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in the areas of critical care and the operating theatre environment. In addition to project management roles, Leanne has held various leadership positions including appointments as Director Nursing, Clinical Research Fellow, Clinical Development Coordinator, Hospital Coordinator, Specialist Unit Manager, Case Manager and Health Services Management Consultant.
Leanne’s employment record demonstrates a strong exposure and commitment to the private hospital industry. She is currently the CEO and Director of Nursing at the Manningham Day Procedure Centre (MDPC) in Melbourne. In this position she has been responsible for the build, development and management of a new stand alone day hospital (including 3 operating theatres covering multiple specialties) for the past 5 years.
This appointment, together with her role as a Director of her own management consulting company, has given her a strong appreciation of the complexities of the private health care industry.
Additionally, Leanne has, until recently, been a national Councillor with the Australian Private Hospital Association (APHA) and currently combines her roles at MDPC and Health Services Management consultant with the position of Director (Treasurer) of the Australian Day Hospitals Association (ADHA).
Our Nursing Team
You will feel well taken care of by our caring and warm nursing team during your stay with us. All of our nurses are highly skilled and specialise in the areas of Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and General surgery. We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our patients on the care and personal attention that they received from our nursing staff during their stay with us and we pride ourselves on the high level of service that we provide.

As soon as you enter our hospital you will be greeted with a warm smile from one of our friendly administration team members.
